It was Brianâ€™s silver jubilee on June 28th but it was a golden night. Family and friends joined us as we celebrated. Fitting tributes were paid to this humble and kind man who has served the Church and parish as a Deacon for 25 years.
Well it wasnâ€™t that â€˜summeryâ€™ but we had a great time anyway. People turned out in great numbers after the fayre had already been blessed with great support with the number of gifts, bottles and time given by parishioners and local businesses.

Customers at the Co-opâ€™s town centre supermarket have raised Â£1,630 for Heart of Tamworth by giving up the dividends earned on their purchases.
Swieconka â€“ the traditional blessing of Polish food on Holy Saturday was, once again, very popular this year. Over 400 came with beautifully decorated baskets of lamb, bread, eggs all symbolising various aspects of our Easter celebrations.
